On my paternal side: Emil Adolph Åkerman and Eva Gustava Karppinen . Both born in Finland.
On my maternal side: Levi Persson Antti, Pello,
North Botnia, Sweden, and Mathilda Charlotta Abrahamsson from Sävar, West Botnia, Sweden.
I am also researching my wife´s ancestors, Nahkiaisoja in Finland, and Bäckström from Lappträsk, North Botnia, Sweden.
Our families - as well as nearly everyone in the Nordic countries - have relatives that went to America. Some are known but there are many unfound, and any information is most welcome.
